Refund & Returns
If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it to us. We’ll try to make this as easy as possible, so you’ll just need the receipt or proof of purchase and the product itself. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@bundant.co. We’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1. Pre-authorisation of Refunds
Due to how our logistics work, anything sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@bundant.co.
2. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Refunds on Pre-order Bundle
You can cancel your pre-order at anytime before the product is released. Before we even start manufacturing, we’ll get in-touch again to give you the option to cancel or keep your pre-order. We’ll also send you updates via our Dirty Laundry newsletter through out the production journey.
4. Free Bundantband
For orders outside our pre-order bundle, your free Bundantband is included as part of your clubBundant membership. If you cancel your membership within 4 months of starting, you must return your free Bundantband to us, undamaged and in the original packaging. Otherwise, we will have to charge your card for the full cost of the Bundantband (currently £28).
5. Refills
For hygeine and safety reasons, we are unable to refund refills that have been dispatched to you.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
